HEARING _____________________________________________________________________ In the matter of the Charges Filed Against Firefighter Robin Haffner Charged Party By City of New Richmond City Administrator Noah Weidenfield Charging Party ______________________________________________________________________ The New Richmond Board of Police and Fire Commissioners will convene the evidentiary hearing in the above-entitled matter pursuant to Wis. Stat. Section 62.13(5)., and the New Richmond Board of Police and Fire Commissioners Rules of Procedures PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Police and Fire Committee may, from time to time during this hearing entertain motion and convene in closed session for the purpose  of conferring or deliberating on any evidentiary, procedural or substantive matter raised in this hearing to consult legal counsel with regard to that matter pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(a) and (g) of the Wisconsin Statutes. Upon completion of any such deliberation of conference, the Police and Fire Commission may reconvene into open session to consider any other matters on the agenda as provided at 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats. 5.1. Presentation of Charging Party's case 5.2. Presentation of Charged Party's defense 5.3. Rebuttal 5.4. Closing Arguments 5.5. Deliberations The Commission may reconvene to a later date to continue the evidentiary hearing or deliberate further before making a written decision on the matter.
