ADJOURNMENT  Police and Fire Commission Meeting Minutes Monday, April 1, 2024 at 8:30 AM Conference Room The Police and Fire Commission of the City of New Richmond was called to order on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 8:30 AM, in the Conference Room, with the following members present: PRESENT: Kirk Lindell, Andrea Guinn, Michael Hedges ABSENT: OTHERS Jon Hailey (virtually), Noah Wiedenfeld, Craig Yehlik, Veronica Koehler, Stacey PRESENT: Goodmanson CALL TO ORDER Vice President Lindell called the meeting to order at 8:31 AM ROLL CALL ADOPTION OF AGENDA Andrea Guinn made a motion to adopt the Agenda. Michael Hedges seconded the motion. Carried unanimously. HIRING PROCESS FOR NON-INTERIM FIRE CHIEF Discussed different hiring processes that could be utilized for hiring a non-Interim Fire Chief. Andrea Guinn made a motion to enter into Closed Session for Items 5.1(A) and 5.1(B) at 8:42 AM. Michael Hedges seconded the motion. Carried unanimously.
