AGENDA Board of Trustees - Special Meeting Meeting 7:00 PM - Tuesday, April 18, 2023 Village Hall, 620 W. Main St., Newburg, Wisconsin PURPOSE OF EVENT The Village of Newburg will hold a brief event to thank outgoing Trustees for their service and to administer the Oath of Office to returning and incoming Trustees. A quorum of the Board of Trustees is likely to be present at this event; however, no village business is planned for discussion or decisions, and this will not constitute a formal meeting of the Board. This event is open to the public, and light refreshments will be served. RECOGNITION OF OUTGOING TRUSTEES Sandy Stockhausen filed a notification of non-candidacy for the Spring 2023 Election. She will be formally recognized for her service to the village. OATH OF OFFICE FOR INCOMING AND RETURNING TRUSTEES David DeLuka has been re-elected as Village President. Paul Zimdars has been newly elected as Trustee. Mike Heili has been re-elected as Trustee. Bill Sackett has been re-elected as Trustee.
