New Business PROCLAMATION HONORING RALSTON “HOP” EDWARDS APPROVE THE BEST PRACTICES INVENTORY SURVEY -This survey is a list of questions compiled by the State as an annual exercise. Once we answer the questions, they are filed with the state. There were a total of 48 scored questions (Core Competencies+ Best Practice). The Borough of Newfield had a score of 37.5. (a score above 39 means no withholding of state aid.)
