CITY OF NEWPORT, KY SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Tuesday, October 15, 2024 MINUTES Call to Order: Mayor Guidugli Jr. called a special meeting to order on October 15, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. in the CM Conference Room at 998 Monmouth Street. In attendance were: Commissioner Radwanski, Commissioner Smith-Morrow, Commissioner Rechtin, Vice Mayor Fennell, Mayor Guidugli Jr, City Manager Thomas Fromme, and Human Resource Coordinator Terry Fornash. The Board of Commissioners met from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for Executive Session per KRS 61.810 (F) discussions or hearings which might lead to the appointment, discipline, or dismissal of an individual employee, member, or student without restricting that employee’s, member’s, or student’s right to a public hearing if requested.
