Presentation:  The city has hired Wendy Moeller, a zoning expert, to review and update the zoning code. At Monday's meeting, she will present an overview of her findings to the Board of Commissioners. The findings will then be posted on the City's website for public review. This meeting is strictly informational for the Board, and while the public is encouraged to attend, there will be no public comment session. Future meetings on this topic will provide opportunities for public comments and questions. This summary highlights the key agenda items for the meeting.
