Michael Hillstrom, 240 Huntsman Road, spoke in favor of the Granby Street bikes lanes. Holly Ann Matel, 1325 Westmoreland Avenue, spoke in favor of the Granby Street bike lanes. Travis Davidson, 1045 S. Lexan Crescent, requested that the City perform a traffic stress analysis before making a final determination on the Granby Street bike lanes. Elizabeth Carhart, 616 Rhode Island Avenue, spoke regarding the future of Norfolk and expressed support for the Granby Street bike lanes.
