MINUTES
The Norman Animal Welfare Oversight Committee of the City of Norman, Cleveland County,
State of Oklahoma, met in the multi-purpose room at the Norman Animal Welfare Building on
the 11th day of June at 11:30AM. The notice and agenda of the meeting was posted at the City
of Norman Municipal Building on 201 West Gray Street on June 7th, 2025. The meeting was
also posted on the City of Norman website at www.normanok.gov.

Continued Discussion of Emergency Planning for Norman Animal Welfare
During this meeting committee members read through NAW’s template SOP’s for Emergency
Preparedness. They corrected grammar, terminology, and structure. All questions and
corrections were added to a master document to be finalized at a later meeting.
