CHARTER REVIEW COMMISSION Virtual Special Meeting hosted in the Municipal Building Multi-Purpose Room 201 West Gray Norman, Oklahoma Thursday, November 12, 2020 5:30 p.m. This is a virtual meeting – Commissioners Cubberley, Ali, Bates, Dillingham, Eller, Griffith, Hackelman, Jungman, McBride, Pipes, Stawicki, Vinyard, Williamson-Jennings and Chairman Thompson will be appearing via video-conference. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call 2. Discussion regarding adding language to the Charter related to requiring a vote of the electorate for approval of a Tax Increment Finance District over $5,000,000. 3. Discussion regarding Article XIII, Recall of Elective Officers to provide a recommendation on whether the language should be modified. 4. Discussion regarding Article XVII, Section 9, to consider whether to require biennial review of the Charter. 5. Miscellaneous Discussion. 6. Adjournment.
