reject Amendment No. One to Contract K-1314-110 with Frankfurt-Short-Bruza
Associates, P.C., (FSB) increasing the contract amount by $324,925 for a revised
contract amount of $2,305,725; and, if approved, authorize the execution thereof and
transfer $122,580 from Project NFB002, Indoor Aquatics Facility, Construction
(51795546-46101) to Design (51795546-46201).
