CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL, REJECTION, AMENDMENT AND/OR POSTPONEMENT OF CONTRACT K-2526-179: A MUTUAL AID PAYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN KC2026, A MISSOURI NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, AND THE CITY OF NORMAN, OKLAHOMA PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT FOR MUTUAL AID AND ASSISTANCE. 3. CONSIDERATION OF ADJOURNING INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS AUTHORIZED BY OKLAHOMA STATUTES, TITLE 25 § 307(B)(1) IN ORDER TO EVALUATE THE CITY MANAGER AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 17 OF CONTRACT K-2223-176, TO EVALUATE THE CITY ATTORNEY AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 18 OF CONTRACT K-2425-78; AND DISCUSS THE EMPLOYMENT OF THE INTERNAL AUDITOR.
