CONSIDERATION OF ADJOURNING INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS AUTHORIZED BY OKLAHOMA STATUTES TITLE 25 § 307(B)(4) IN ORDER TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE LITIGATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE UNIVERSITY NORTH PARK TAX INCREMENT FINANCE DISTRICT. INFORMATION: Pursuant to 25 O.S., Section 307(B)(4), a public body is permitted to conduct an executive session to discuss possible litigation associated with University North Park Tax Increment Finance District. ACTION NEEDED: 1. Motion to adjourn out of the Special Session and convene into an Executive Session in order to discuss possible litigation associated with University North Park Tax Increment Finance District.
