CONSIDERATION OF ADJOURNING INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS AUTHORIZED BY OKLAHOMA STATUTES TITLE 25 § 307(B)(1) IN ORDER TO INTERVIEW A CITY MANAGER CANDIDATE. INFORMATION: Pursuant to 25 O.S., Section 307(B)(1), a public body is permitted to conduct an executive session to discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee. Thereupon, this item is submitted for City Council’s consideration. . ACTION NEEDED: 1. Motion to adjourn out of the Special Session and convene into an Executive Session in order to interview a City Manager candidate. ACTION TAKEN: ACTION NEEDED: 2.
