Review and approval of minutes from the meetings of January 13, 2022. 3. Discussion and possible action related to the proposed agreement between the City and the Norman Economic Development Coalition for disbursement of American Rescue Plan Act funding. 4. Discussion and possible action related to potential agreement with United Way to administer a non-profit grant program utilizing American Rescue Plan Act funds programmed for such purpose. 5. Miscellaneous Comments. 6. Adjourn.
