Approval of minutes for the August 16, 2023 meeting Motion to approve minutes made by Board member Phillips, Seconded by Board member Cretsinger. Voting Yea: Board member Heins, Board member Giuffrida, Board member Nairn, Board member Rocher, Board member Bondy, Board member Smith. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. Discussion of the Mayors Climate Protection Agreement Group went over the remaining items individually. They made adjustments as a group to the document. In the next meeting they will prioritize the items. Cretsinger had to leave (6:15 PM). ACTION ITEMS 3. Approve or disapprove potential involvement with the Monarchs in the Park Motion made to approve having a booth at the event by Board member Smith, Seconded by Board member Giuffrida. MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTS Loudenback mentioned that they had previously discussed touring the Republic landfill and that they are able to do that in October. She will send out a list of times that are available to them, do a google poll and email vote to figure out which is best for everyone.
