Approval of Minutes from the December 6, 2021, meeting. 2. Floodplain Permit No. 650: Floodplain Permit Application is for the installation of a storm sewer, outlet, and rip rap pads for a new car wash on the east side of 36th Ave NW just south of Rock Creek Road in the Brookhaven Creek floodplain. 3. Miscellaneous Discussion: a. The filing deadline for application submittals for the January 3 meeting is Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Currently, there are no pending applications. 4.
