Approval of Minutes from the September 6, 2022 meeting. 2. Floodplain Permit No. 662: This application is for the installation of a waterline along Flood Ave. in the Little River Floodplain. 3. Floodplain Permit No. 663: This application is for the installation of a backup generator for an existing cellular tower in the Imhoff Creek floodplain. 4. Floodplain Permit No. 664: This application is for the re-grading of property in the Canadian River floodplain to be done at the City of Norman Compost facility related to facility improvements. 5. Miscellaneous Discussion: TBD 6. Adjournment.
