GREENBELT COMMISSION MINUTES OF May 18, 2020 The Greenbelt Commission of the City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, met for the Regular Meeting on May 18, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. Notice and Agenda of the meeting were posted at 201 W Gray Building A, the Norman Municipal Complex and at www.normanok.gov twenty-four hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. The meeting was held by Zoom virtual meeting. ITEM NO. 1 BEING: CALL TO ORDER. Chair George Dotson called the meeting to order. ~~~~~ ITEM NO. 2 BEING: ROLL CALL. Request: PUD, NORMAN 2025 Land Use Plan Amendment and Preliminary Plan Zoning: O-1, Office Institutional NORMAN 2025 Land Use: Office Motion by Mark Nanny to approve Item 20-08; Second by Robert Huskey. All approve. GBC 20-09 Applicant: Sooner Traditions Project: Commercial Retail Center Location: 1027 and 1035 S. Berry Rd. Request: SPUD, NORMAN 2025 Land Use Plan Amendment Zoning: CO, Suburban Office Commercial and R-1, Single Family Dwelling NORMAN 2025 Land Use: Office and Low Density Residential Motion by Robert Huskey to approve item 20-08 Second by Mark Nanny. All approve. ITEM NO. 4 BEING: Discussion regarding Greenbelt meeting time. Propose new Greenbelt Commission meeting time; instead of a 6pm meeting the commissioners will vote on a new time to hold the meeting. They will vote on either a 4pm, 4:30pm, 5pm, or 5:30pm meeting time. Motion by Robert Huskey to approve new meeting time for Greenbelt Commission Meeting to be 5:30pm Second by Samantha Luttrell. All approve. ITEM NO. 5 BEING: Miscellaneous Discussion of Greenbelt Commissioners and Staff. Discussion of bringing back the list of items to change in Article 21. Staff commented that it will be placed on the agenda for the June 2020 Greenbelt Commission meeting. ITEM NO. 6 BEING: Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 pm. Gray Street Building A Virtual meeting with Greenbelt Commissioners: George Dotson, Samantha Luttrell, Robert Huskey, Cody Franklin, Andrew Hewlett, Colin Zink, and Marguerite Larson appearing via video conference.
