MINUTES OF
June 15, 2020
The Greenbelt Commission of the City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, met
for the Regular Meeting on June 15, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. Notice and Agenda of the meeting were
posted at 201 W Gray Building A, the Norman Municipal Complex and at www.normanok.gov
twenty-four hours prior to the beginning of the meeting.
The meeting was held by Zoom virtual meeting.
ITEM NO. 1 BEING: CALL TO ORDER.
Chair George Dotson called the meeting to order.

ITEM NO. 4 BEING: Review of the Greenbelt Enhancement Statements:
CONSENT DOCKET
GBC 20-10
Applicant: Pebbly Estates
Project: Single Family Homes
Location: Southwest corner of E. Franklin Rd and Peebly Rd.
(156th Ave. NE)
Request: COS; 119.12 acres divided into 11 ten acre lots
Zoning: A-2, Rural Agricultural District
NORMAN 2025 Land Use: Country Residential
Motion by Cody Franklin to approve Item 20-10; Second by Robert Huskey. All approve.
ITEM NO. 5 BEING: Discussion regarding the Greenbelt Commission’s proposed
revisions to Article XXI , The Greenbelt Commission:
Mark Nanny presented the proposed revisions to Article XXI and the commissioners agreed to
forward to Planning staff and the Planning Director for review. Planning staff will update the
Greenbelt Commission at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
ITEM NO. 6 BEING: Adjournment.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 pm.

motion. Any of these items may be removed from the Consent Docket and be heard in
its regular order. Staff recommends that Items GBC 20-10 be placed on the consent
docket for a Finding of No Greenbelt Opportunity.
