Human Rights Commission Inclusive Community Subcommittee Meeting

INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY SUBCOMMITTEE MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING Human Rights Commission City of Norman December 2, 2019 The Inclusive Community Subcommittee of the Human Rights Commission of the City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, met in the Municipal Complex located at 201 West Gray Street on December 2, 2019, at 6:30 p.m., and notice and agenda of the meeting were duly posted 48 hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. Item 1, being: ROLL CALL PRESENT: Co-Chair Marjan Seirafi-Pour, Co-Chair Dan Dukes, Ashley Morrison, Farzad Khalili, Helen Grant, Jeff Yamada, Julianna Kershen, Mariann Lawson, Pixie Quigley, Stephanie Williams STAFF PRESENT: Assistant City Attorney Kristina Bell, Consultant Tamara Lebak, Legal Admin Tech Sarah Encinias The members present consisted of leaders of each working group. A quorum of the full subcommittee was not present. Item 2, being: DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING COMPILATION OF WORKING GROUPS RECOMMENDATIONS AND PREPARATION OF DRAFT FINAL REPORT Leaders of each working group discussed draft recommendation documents and proposed revisions as suggested by the subcommittee at its November 18, 2019, meeting. They also discussed how best to incorporate the suggestions and organize and compile them into one cohesive document to be approved at the December 16, 2019, final subcommittee meeting. Item 3, being: ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
