CITY OF NORMAN, OK HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION INTERFAITH BREAKFAST Nancy O'Brien Center for the Performing Arts 1801 Stubbeman Avenue, Norman, Oklahoma 73069 Monday, January 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM MINUTES ACTION ITEMS Mayor Stephen Tyler Holman and the Norman Human Rights Commission hosted the Interfaith Breakfast on January 19, 2026, beginning at 9:00 am. The Interfaith Breakfast was held at the Nancy O’Brien Center for the Performing Arts located at 1801 Stubbeman Avenue and the event was open to the public. Notice of the Interfaith Breakfast was timely posted at the Norman Municipal Building at 201 West Gray Street, and on the City’s website at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the Breakfast. Although the Interfaith Breakfast was not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Norman Human Rights Commission, a quorum of the Commission was present; therefore a summary of the Interfaith Breakfast is recorded as required by the Open Meetings Act. Commissioners: Aisha Ali (Chair), Brandon Clark (Vice-Chair), Jackie Farley, Romina Navarro Vega, Kelly Feille, Jessica Schwager, Phillip Moss, Rachel Wyatt-Swanson (1 vacancy) ACTION ITEMS Mayor Stephen Tyler Holman and the Norman Human Rights Commission will host an Interfaith Breakfast in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday. This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the City of Norman City Council or the Norman Human Rights Commission however it is anticipated that a quorum of the City Council and/or Commission will be present.
