ITEM 2: DISCUSSION REGARDING COMING YEAR EXPECTATION: PROCESS & SCHEDULE • Amy Haase, RDG, went over the plan for the Steering Committee as well as the other outreach items including sub-committees, listening sessions, pop-up events, and neighborhood workshops. ITEM 3: DISCUSSION REGARDING CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES IN RELATION TO WHERE WE WANT NORMAN TO BE IN THE FUTURE • Commissioners and Councilmembers gave/offered 3 words they want Norman to be in the future. ADJOURNMENT This meeting was adjourned at 6:41pm. Norman City Council and the Planning Commission will be invited to attend the meetings.
