Introductions and opening remarks. 2. Review of the political sign regulations from a representative of the City of Norman Code Compliance Division. 3. Role of the Norman Election Commission. 4. Presentation and discussion of the Oklahoma State Ethics Commission regulations regarding the Municipal Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act with City Council Candidates, Elected Officials and/or their designated agents - including, but not limited to, the following:  Reports and who must file • Statement of Organization • Financial Disclosure Statement • Campaign Contribution and Expenditure Reports  Report Due Dates  Criteria included in reports  Contribution limits  Definition of contribution and expenditure  Questions/Answers 5. Adjournment. The Norman Election Commission and Norman City Council have been invited to attend this orientation. This is not a regular meeting of the Norman Election Commission or the Norman City Council; however, this agenda is being posted in accordance with the Open Meeting Act in the event a quorum of either body is present.
