Norman Public Library Board Meeting March 9, 2025 The Norman Public Library Board will meet on March 9 at 4:30 p.m. at the Norman Library East 3051 E Alameda St, Norman, OK 73071. Introduction of Staff and Guests 3. Consideration to approve and/or take other action on minutes from previous meeting 4. Discussion with City Attorney’s office regarding the history and background of the Library Board and the City’s relationship with Pioneer Library System. 5. Discussion of the Library Board’s Duties and Powers (Norman City Charter - chapter 2 - article 2-III, division 2-III-14, 2-342 Duties and Powers) 6.
