ACTION NEEDED: Motion to close the public hearing. ACTION TAKEN: INFORMATION: The next meeting of the Reapportionment Ad Hoc Committee can be held no sooner than ten days following the public hearing. The Committee needs to confirm the date of the next meeting so as to vote on the Resolution which may be forwarded to the City Council for its consideration. 4.
