SOCIAL AND VOLUNTARY SERVICES COMMISSION Minutes of June 28, 2021 The Social and Voluntary Services Commission of the City of Norman, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, met for the Regular Meeting on this date at 5:30 p.m. Notice and Agenda of the meeting were posted at 201 W Gray Building A, the Norman Municipal Building, and at www.Normanok.gov twenty-four hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. Heidi Smith called the meeting to order at 5:38 p.m. ITEM NO. 1 BEING: Roll Call MEMBERS PRESENT: Victoria Harrison Angela Steinle Heidi Smith Joshua Hinkle Kurt Lee Ann Way MEMBERS ABSENT: Nancee Morris Loida Salmond STAFF PRESENT: Lisa Krieg, CDBG/Grants Manager Tara Reynolds, Admin Tech ITEM NO. 2, BEING: Approval of the minutes from the April 26, 2021 and June 14, 2021 meetings. Motion by Kristal Hamm to approve the minutes as submitted; Second by Joshua Hinkle. All approve. ITEM NO. 3, BEING: Election of a Chair and Co-Chair. Angela Steinle & Heidi Smith will be co-chairs of this commission. ITEM NO. 4, BEING: Consideration of funding allocations from the FYE22 Social & Voluntary Services Commission.
