Discussion of Agency Visits The Commissioners held a discussion about their visits/emails/phone calls with their assigned agencies. The general feedback from agencies was positive, with several agencies appreciative of not having in person interviews. However, several mentioned the size of the application is not proportional to the amount of the grant. 3. Review of Application & Timeline The application will be available for submissions starting on May 6, 2024 and close on May 31, 2024 for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The application will be slightly shortened. MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTS Agency visits will be an item on the next meeting’s agenda. Pending Council approval the SVSC budget will be increased from $225,000 to $250,000.
