Gary Schaub- Trustee Pete Vergos- Police Chief
Chuck Hornung- Trustee

A. ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS
Streetar called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM., Hornung, Streetar, Schaub, and Will present.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

D. ADMINISTRATIVE
1. The Board and staff discussed temporarily modifying the licensed premises for Charlie’s Banquet
Hall and Pub for June 27, 2026. Chief Vergos recommended approval based on the criteria being
met. The Board discussed these exceptions and that they were getting more regular. Staff
recommended 3-4 per year to be allowed as an exception.
Motion by Hornung to approve, second by Will. 4 ayes. Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn by Schaub at 4:13 pm, seconded by Hornung. 4 ayes. Motion carried.

during discussion of items listed on the agenda and are allowed three (3) minutes for comments. Disruptive
discussion or profanity will not be allowed.
