NOTICE OF SPECIAL NORTH PLATTE CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of North Platte, Nebraska will hold a
Special City Council Meeting on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers, 211 West 3rd Street, for the purpose of:

2. Approve an Interlocal Agreement with the State of Nebraska on behalf of the Nebraska
State Patrol to provide administration and cooperation for the utilization of North Platte
Police Department personnel to provide tactical flight officer support to the air wing

3. Approve Information Sharing Agreement between North Platte Fire Department and

5. Approve Mayor’s appointment of Shelly Deardoff as the Library Director for the North

6. Approve application by T’s Bar & Grill for a Special Designated Liquor License on
March 29, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and March 30, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to

11. Adopt Ordinance No. 4160 annexing Parcel ID #0055596.50 and 0055596.57 described

rehabilitation of a Commercial and Multi-family structure located at 520-522 North

Park 3rd Subdivision to North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska, by the City of North
