Send the application of Creativity Unlimited Arts Council dba Prairie Arts Center for a Class CK Liquor License (On and Off Sale and Catering) located at 401 North Jeffers to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission with no recommendation. Send the application of North Platte Pizza Ranch for a Class C Liquor License (On and Off Sale) located at 201 East 6th Street, Suite 1 to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission with no recommendation. Approve the application by North Platte Area Habitat for Humanity for a Special Designated Liquor License on March 22, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., at North Platte Community Playhouse at 301 East 5th Street for a fundraiser. Approve the application by Pals Brewing Company for a Special Designated Liquor License on May 24, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., and May 25, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. at D&N Event Center, 501 East Walker Road for a Bucking Bull Bash. Approve the purchase of one 2024 John Deere 624 P-Tier wheel loader from Murphy Tractor & Equipment for the low bid of $184,200 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents. Authorize the Mayor to award and sign necessary documents for the replacement of the Cooling system at the North Platte Public Library, not to exceed $220,000 from the General Fund Contingency Fund. Adopt Resolution to approve a MicroTif project for B on the Bricks, LLC for rehabilitation of a Commercial and Multi-family structure located at 520-522 North Dewey Street. Consider action on an application by Mary and Savannah Cudzilo for a conditional use to allow a 2nd dwelling on property located at 3411 South Bare Avenue in an A-1 Transitional Agricultural District. Adopt the recommendation by the North Platte Planning Commission for an amendment to the City of North Platte Comprehensive Plan 2011 Future Land Use Map to amend certain land from Agricultural/Vacant, Parks and Recreation, and Industrial to Residential-Medium Density Single, Duplex and Multifamily.
