ORDINANCE NO. 2019 – 809 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF NORTH REDINGTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING § 66-45 OF THE TOWN CODE CONCERNING ADMINISTRATIVE INSPECTIONS OF LICENSED BUSINESSES; MAKING RELATED FINDINGS; AND PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECOND AND FINAL READING. 2. ORDINANCE NO. 2019 – 810 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF NORTH REDINGTON BEACH, FLORIDA, CREATING § 30-1 AND § 30-2 OF THE TOWN CODE CONCERNING THE DISTRIBUTION OF UNSOLICITED PRINTED MATERIALS; MAKING RELATED FINDINGS; AND PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECOND AND FINAL READING. 3. ORDINANCE NO. 2019 – 811 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF NORTH REDINGTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REPEALING CHAPTER 54 OF THE TOWN CODE CONCERNING SOLICITORS AND PEDDLERS; MAKING RELATED FINDINGS; AND PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECOND AND FINAL READING. NEW BUSINESS: 1. RENEWAL OF BEACH CONCESSION LICENSES FOR 2019-2020  BEACH SERVICES WEST  WINDSURFIN INTERNATIONAL 2. REAPPOINTMENT OF VICE MAYOR RICHARD BENNETT TO THE LIBRARY BOARD FOR A TWO YEAR TERM ENDING IN 2021 MISCELLANEOUS: The Town of North Redington Beach Board of Commissioners may take action on any matter during this meeting, including items that are not set forth within this agenda. Minutes of the Board of Commissioners meetings may be obtained from the Town Clerk’s office. The Minutes are not transcribed verbatim.
