1. RESOLUTION NO. 2021-277 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF NORTH REDINGTON
BEACH, SETTING THE AMOUNT OF FEES AND BUSINESS TAX RECEIPTS AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
2. ORDINANCE NO. 2021-832 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF NORTH REDINGTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 98-72 OF DIVISION 4 OF ARTICLE II OF
CHAPTER 98 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO REQUIRE A NEW APPLICATION
FEE WHEN SPECIAL MAGISTRATE HEARINGS CONCERNING APPEALS, SPECIAL
EXCEPTIONS, OR VARIANCES CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 98, ARTICLE
II, DIVISION 4 OF THE TOWN CODE ARE CONTINUED AT THE APPLICANT’S
REQUEST, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. FIRST READING.
3. ORDINANCE NO. 2021-833 AN ORDINANCE BY THE TOWN OF NORTH REDINGTON
BEACH AMENDING CHAPTER 82 OF THE TOWN OF NORTH REDINGTON BEACH
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROVIDE CRITERIA FOR ACCESSORY STRUCTURES IN
FLOOD HAZARD AREAS; TO SPECIFY ELEVATION OF MANUFACTURED HOMES IN
FLOOD HAZARD AREAS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE. FIRST READING.
4. CONFLICT OF INTEREST WAIVER FOR LIBRARY INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
5. INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR THE CONTINUED FUNDING OF THE GULF

this meeting, including items that are not set forth within this agenda.
