(Introduced by Mayor Corcoran) O 2026-78 An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2026-39 which imposed a 180-day moratorium on the granting of permits or new business applications for Assisted Living Facilities and Rest Homes in the City of North Ridgeville by extending the moratorium for an additional 180 days, in order to allow the Planning Commission and Council to consider possible changes to Use Regulations in the North Ridgeville Zoning Code.
