What is the timeline of this commission, when will it move on or into the implementation phase? What do we know and/or what will/ might the structure for that look like?  C.​ Let's look at & compare what the Boston, MA Task Force on Reparations is/ has been doing in terms of research, reports, and recommendations. Is there crossover and can it apply to what we've studied and started recommending? D.​ Quorum, Size, Composition, and Appointment Process & Membership Language defining quorum, total number of members moving forward No less than 9 and no more than 11 Processes for Youth Commission City Councilor & Appointments. How do we want to move forward regarding attendance, to ensure quorum and an active commission?
