Craig Rapp, consultant, introduced the item and briefly discussed The City of Northfield Strategic Planning- Outreach and Operating Environment. City Administrator Martig outlined the Organizational Profile. Martig presented the Environmental Scan. Rapp outlined the community survey results and the employee-board/commission survey results. Rapp outlined the City Council Questionnaire results. Rapp outlined the Council interviews. Rapp discussed next steps and summarized the purpose of tonight's meeting. The upcoming sessions are scheduled for March 24th and March 30th. Mayor Pownell thanked everyone for their participation. ADJOURN A motion was made by C. Peterson White, seconded by C. Ness to adjourn the meeting at 7:36PM. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- C. Grabau, C. Nakasian, C. Ness, C. Peterson White, Mayor Pownell, C. Reister, and C.
