Craig Rapp, Consultant, introduced the item and presented an overview of the process for the work session. The purpose of this meeting is to finalize desired outcomes, key outcome indicators, performance targets and strategic initiatives. Recess Council recessed at 7:19 p.m. Council meeting resumed at 7:25 p.m. 1. 21-218 Strategic Planning Session #4 - Strategic Plan Finalize Desired Outcomes, Key Outcome Indicators, Performance Targets and Strategic Initiatives. Rapp continued strategic plan discussion reviewing and finalizing strategic initiatives. Rapp explained the process for drafting values. Administrator Martig recapped refined values to include Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence & Innovation, Celebration and Stewardship. Council Members commented on draft values. ADJOURN A motion was made by Council Member Ness, seconded by Council Member Peterson White, to adjourn the meeting at 8:49 p.m. . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- C. Grabau, C.
