Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(a) - Review of Performance of City Administrator. 6:00 PM - CITY COUNCIL CLOSED MEETING AGENDA CALL TO ORDER Mayor Pownell called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m. noting the agenda item for this meeting is the evaluation of the performance of Ben Martig, City Administrator, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, Subdivision 3(a). The performance review will include an update on the progress of personal and professional growth and goals from the current review period in accordance with the City Council Policy 1.02 City Administrator Performance Review Policy. This portion of the meeting will be closed under such statute. Only the City Council and designated officials whose work assignment reasonably require access to this data may initially attend the closed session. Present: 6- Council Member Brad Ness, Mayor Rhonda Pownell, Council Member Jami Reister, Council Member Kathleen Holmes, Council Member Davin Sokup, and Council Member Jessica Peterson White Absent: 1- Council Member George Zuccolotto Also present at the meeting were Barbara Strandell, Consultant with What Works Inc. and City Administrator Ben Martig. REGULAR AGENDA 1. 24-686 Northfield City Council is Conducting a Closed Meeting Related to the Evaluation of the Performance of Ben Martig, City Administrator, pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.05, subd. 3(a). A motion was made by Council Member Holmes, seconded by Council Member Ness, to close the meeting at 6:07 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- C. Ness, Mayor Pownell, C. Reister, C. Holmes, C. Sokup, and C.
