Call to Order and Approval of Agenda Also in attendance: City Planner Scott Tempel, Community Development Specialist Mikayla Fischer, Youth Representative Paul Wehling, Youth Representative Anna Weber, and Ed Muehlberg. Present: 5 - William Schroeer, Russell Halverson, Carla Hansen, Tracy Heisler and Kate Stuart Absent: 2- Joe Gasior and Jay Jasnoch II. Public Hearing Vice Chair Schroeer opened the ZBA meeting at 6:30pm and then opened the public hearing at 6:32pm. 1. 17-1148 Consideration of Variances for 1520 Clinton Lane Attachments: 1 - Resolution 2017-003 2 - Area Map 3 - Bank Site Plan Tempel reviewed his staff report on the variances requests. Discussion was held by the commissioners and Tempel on the size of the building, parking, the realignment of the building, and off-street parking. Vice Chair Schroeer asked for the applicant representative to speak. Ed Muehlberg, with HTG Architects representing Farmers State Bank, 9300 Edinbourough Rd., Eden Prairie, discussed the drive up window and constraints on the site due to the setbacks on the three sides with road frontage. No public comment was heard. The public hearing closed at 7:16pm. A motion was made by Vice Chair Schroeer to close the public hearing. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5- Vice Chair Schroeer, Halverson, Hansen, Heisler and Stuart A motion was made by Heisler, seconded by Halverson, to approve Resolution 2017-003 approving four variance requests for Farmers State Bank at 1520 Clinton Lane.
