60 6th Street Committee of Sale Meeting Minutes Wednesday, May 24, 2017 5:00 PM Members Present: Alderman H. Tucker Braddock Jr. Alderwoman Stacy Gould, James Heist, Jim Quarto and Gary Schnip Members Absent: Sofee Noblick Others present: Building Official James Troeger 1. Call to Order: Gary Schnip called the meeting to order at 5:26 PM. 2. Determination of a Quorum: It was determined a quorum was present. 3. Acceptance of Minutes: On a motion by Jim Heist, seconded by Alderman Braddock, the committee unanimously accepted the minutes of April 26, 2017 as presented. 3. Public Comments: None 4. Communications: None 5. Discussion: Alderwoman Gould reported she spoke to Attorney Michael Driscoll. He reported he has been working on the development agreement and it should be done next week. 6. Next Meeting: The next regular meeting will be Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at 5 PM. 7.
