19 NORTH CLIFF STREET COMMITTEE OF SALE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, October 25, 2017 5:00 PM Members Present: Alderman H. Tucker Braddock, Alderwoman Stacy Gould, Jim Heist, Sofee Noblick, James Quarto, Darryl Wickham and Building Official James Troeger Members Absent: Gary Schnip Others Present: None 1. Call to Order: Jim Quarto called the meeting to order at 5:03 PM. 2. Determination of a Quorum: It was determined a quorum was present. 3. Review of Minutes: On a motion by Sofee Noblick, seconded by Jim Heist, the minutes of September 27, 2017 were unanimously approved as presented. 4. Communications: Jim Quarto reported he received a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP). 5. Discussion: The RFP was posted on the city’s website portal today. Jim T reported he has spoken to interested parties. Jim T will give tours as needed. The bid open date is November 27, 2017 at 2 PM. The committee regularly meets on November 29, 2017. The Committee will review the proposals at this meeting. Jim Q will make sure that the proposals are sent to the committee members prior to the November 29th meeting. The committee decided to schedule a special meeting on December 13, 2017 for the purpose of discussion on property development. 6. Other: None 7. Public Comments: None 8.
