60 6th Street Committee of Sale Meeting Minutes Wednesday, November 29, 2017 5:00 PM Members Present: Alderman H. Tucker Braddock Jr., Alderwoman Stacy Gould, James Heist, Sofee Noblick, Jim Quarto, Gary Schnip and Building Official James Troeger Members Absent: None Others present: City Planner Deanna Rhodes 1. Call to Order: Sofee called the meeting to order at 5:04 PM. 2. Determination of a Quorum: It was determined a quorum was present. 3. Acceptance of Minutes: On a motion by Jim Heist, seconded by Alderman Braddock, the committee unanimously accepted the minutes of October 25, 2017 as presented. 3. Public Comments: None 4. Communications: None 5. Discussion: Sofee reported the developer has been gutting the property. She saw two dumpsters go out in one day. From the outside it seems there is a lot of progress. Plastic has been placed on the windows. 6. Next Meeting: The next regular meeting will be Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at 5 PM. 7.
