The Special Meeting of the Boards, Commissions, Committees and Agencies Appointment and Reappointment committee was held on December 27, 2017 in Room 335, Norwich City Hall 2. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M. Members Present: Alderwoman Stacy Gould Alderwoman Joanne Philbrick Alderman Joseph DeLucia 3. Review, Consider and Possible Action on Identifying Candidates: Interviews were conducted for the CMEEC and the Building Code Board of Appeals. 4. Concluded interviews at 9:10 PM 5.
