MEETING MINUTES
1. The Special Meeting of the Boards, Commissions, Committees and Agencies
Appointment and Reappointment committee was held on January 20, 2021 by Zoom
2. Meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M.
Members Present:
Alderwoman Stacy Gould
President Pro Tem Mark Bettencourt
Alderwoman Ella Myles
3. Review, Consider and Possible Action on Identifying Candidates:
Interview were conducted for:
Building Code Board of Appeals
Personnel & Pension Board
Historic District Commission
Community Development Advisory Committee
Committee unanimously recommends that Robert Phoenix be re-
appointed as a full members to the Building Coad Board of Appeals.
Committee unanimously recommends that Robert Pounch be appointed
as an alternate to the Personnel & Pension.
Committee unanimously to recommend that Gregory Johnson be
appointed as a regular member to the Historic District Committee and to
re-appoint Regan Miner as a regular member.
Committee unanimously recommends that Sean Barnes, Gemma Fabris,
Tucker Braddock, Mark Marcy and Les King be re-appointed to the
Community Development Advisory Committee.
4. Concluded interviews at 8:07 P.M.
5. Adjourn the meeting at 8:11 P.M.
