Minutes for Norwich Baseball Stadium Authority . Regular Monthly Meeting Wednesday July 11, 2012 (6 P.M.) Dodd Stadium, Suite Level 1. Call to order by Chairperson, MJ (6:00P.M.) NBSA members present: Michael Jewell, MJ; Peter Maneri, PM;; Emmett Riley, ER; Gary Schnip, GS; Bob Demars, BD; and Sean Ryan; SR Gary Carrigan, GC; Peter Slocum, PS. Members Absent: Tom Cummings, TC. Also present: CT Tigers Representatives, CJ Knudsen; CK. 2. Received: None Budget Committee Report -' PM presented NBSA balance sheet for the five-month period ended May 31, 2012 (see attached), motion made by SR seconded by BD, passed (8-0). C. Operations Committee (GSlDefenders' Representative) 1. Stadium Update (GS): GS the signed copies of the sprinkler and alarm contracts presented a revised Dodd Stadium Fire Protection Update for HHS Mechanical and EES Electrical Energy Systems. GS made a motion to pay VanZelm Engineers for a Dodd Stadium Fire Protection updates (see attached), by SR, passed unanimously (8-0) 2. Organization's Monthly report:  a. CK stated the Tigers have sixteen games in the next twenty days, the heart of their schedule. He also stated the newly installed light blasts have made a tremendous improvement. 5. Old Business: MJ will continue to follow up with Wireless Solutions proposed lease agreement with Attorney Sternlof 6. New Business: A motion was made by GS to hire NPU for mechanical maintenance for Dodd Stadium seconded by ER, passed (7-0, one abstention SR). 7. Adjournment A motion to adjourn was made by PM seconded by GS, passed unanimously (8-0) at 6:20 PM
