Agenda for Norwich Baseball Stadium Authority Regular Monthly Meeting Wednesday November 12, 2014 (6:00 p.m.) City Hall Norwich 1. Call to order. Chairperson, Mike Jewell MJ (6:02pm) NBSA Members Present: Gary Schnip, GS; Sean Ryan, SR; Michael Jewell, MJ; Tom Cummings, TC; Robert Reed, RR; Peter Slocum, PS Members Absent: Matthew Fortin, MF Also Absent: Eric Knighton, EK – CT Tigers Representative 2. Review of October 8, 2014 Meeting Minutes. Motion made by SR and seconded by PS passed (6-0) to accept the meeting minutes as presented. 3. Public Comment - None 4. Chairman’s Report (MJ) 5. Correspondence a. Sent: None b. Received: 6. Budget Committee: Analysis/Review of income expenses from current balance sheet. October Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Stadium Financials received from the City of Norwich accounts office are attached MJ tabled voting on approving the budget until the December meeting as he felt it would be prudent to have Peter Maneri look it over. 7. Operations Committee (GS/Organization Representatives) a. Stadium update (GS) – There were questions as to some of the charges for bathroom improvements the GS will look into. b. Organization’s Monthly Report – No Report 8. Old Business: Dates for NBSA Board Meetings will be distributed. MJ thought they would most likely remain the second Wednesday of the month at 6pm. To be determined which meeting will be held at the stadium. 9. New Business: No new business was brought forward. 10. Adjournment: SR made a motion to adjourn (6:17) seconded by TC.
