Review of November 12,2014 Meeting Minutes. Motion made by SR and seconded by BD passed (7-0) to accept the meeting minutes as presented. 3. Public Comment - None 4. Chairman's Report (MJ) spoke to EK, there are no Tigers games that match meeting dates, so no meeting at Dodd in 2015 as of this time. Dates for November meeting will be scheduled considering Veteran's Day will be on the same day as our normally scheduled meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. November 2015 meeting date will be 11/18/2015. 5. Correspondence a. Sent: None b. Received: email from Sandy Couture, elevator maintenance renewal document (attached) 6. Budget Committee: Analysis/Review of income expenses from current balance sheet. October Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Stadium Financials received from the City of Norwich accounts office are attached MJ tabled voting on approving the budget until the December meeting as he felt it would be prudent to have Peter Maneri look it over. Mailed to PM, looks good. Motion made to adopt budget by RR, seconded by PS, (7-0) unanimously. 7. Operations Committee (GS/Organization Representatives) a. Stadium update (GS) - HHS mechanicals went to stadium for semi-annual sprinkler test and it passed. See attached.  b. Elevator maintenance contract is increasing by 3.26%. Motion by TC, to retain Schindler elevator, 2nd SR, passed (7-0). See attached c. Organization's Monthly Report - No Report 8. Old Business: None 9. New Business: MJ will inquire about status ofMF who has not appeared at NBSA yet since his appointment. 10. Adjournment: SR made a motion to adjourn (6: 15) seconded by BD. Motion passed (7-0).
