Meeting Minutes for Norwich Baseball Stadium Authority Wednesday, June 12, 2019 (6:00 p.m.) Norwich City Hall, Norwich • Call to Order (6:00 p.m.) by Chairperson Michael Jewell, MJ NBSA Members Present: Gary Schnip, GS, Gary Carignan; GC, Sean Ryan; SR, Fred Phelps FP, Matthew Fortin; MF Members Absent: Robert Reed RR, Tom Cummings; TC, Bob Demars, BD Others Absent: CT Tigers Representative – Dave Schermerhorn; DS • Review of May 8, 2019 NBSA meeting minutes: Motion made by SR to accept meeting minutes as presented, seconded by MF, passed unanimously (6-0). • Public Comment: none • Chairman’s Report/Correspondence: none • Budget Committee – a. Motion made to accept stadium financials as proposed by MF, seconded by GC, passed unanimously (6-0) • Operations - GS- lights are to be tested 6/12 and morning of 6/13. There is a new requirement from State of Connecticut for change in elevator code. GS contacted Schneider Elevator who will take care of posting new requirements by Friday 6/14. Emergency lights all repaired. Sprinkler test was done, and results passed on to Fire Marshall. • Organization report –none, DS absent. • Old Business: none • New Business: - none • Adjournment: Motion made by FP, 2nd GC adjourn the meeting.
