Informational Meeting/Workshop of the Norwich City Council will be held on
Monday, October 3, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers of the Norwich City Hall
for the following:
1. Frank Manfredi, Esq., Shiela Hayes and Lottie Scott will update the City
Council on the Ellis Walter Ruley Committee’s progress.
