City Council Informational Meeting/Workshop of the Norwich City Council will be
held on Monday, March 4, 2019, at 6:30 P.M. in Room 335 of the Norwich City Hall
for the following:
1. A presentation by the Kolodnicki family of the Lincoln portrait with a
reception to follow.
