notice that a City Council Informational/ of the Norwich City Council will be
held on Monday, December 4, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. in Council Chambers of
City Hall:
1. Kevin Brown of NCDC (Norwich Community Development
Corporation) and Scott Lessard of Leading Edge Grant Consultants,
will present on the CIF (Community Investment Fund) Grant
concerning the Waterfront.
